This notice explains how we collect and use the information you give us when you join the Founders list. We keep this simple and we keep your data to a minimum. It is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

We do not collect payment information on this page. We do not use trackers that profile you across other websites.
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you on WhatsApp and by email about the Founders offer and the free outdoor sessions. We do this only because you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers to operate the waitlist (a CRM platform and messaging tools) strictly to deliver the communications you agreed to.
We keep your details while the Founders list is active and for a reasonable period after the gym opens. If the project does not proceed, we delete the list. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
